Is shopping at GM Sports safe?

We use Shopify Payments and PayPal (two of the most trusted online payment platforms globally) to process our transactions, ensuring your information is fully secure.

Do your products come with a tracking number?

Yes! Shortly after your order has been dispatched (typically within 2 to 4 working days, accounting for processing, customisation, and order management), we will send you the tracking number and a link via email and WhatsApp, allowing you to follow your delivery directly on our website.

How long does delivery take?

Our delivery times range from 7 to 14 days after your order has been shipped. Occasionally, orders may arrive sooner, or in rare cases, slightly later. We ship orders within 2 to 4 business days following payment confirmation, so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Absolutely! All our products include a 7-day return and exchange policy in case of order mistakes or manufacturing defects. Customised products, however, cannot be exchanged! In addition, we guarantee a full refund if your order is damaged or lost during transit.
